Warehouse Locations

  • Hong Kong: For international shipping requests, we maintain a warehouse in Hong Kong to facilitate global distribution.
  • USA: We also operate a warehouse in the USA to cater to North American customers efficiently.

EU Customers: Customers within the EU benefit from seamless delivery without the need for customs clearance, ensuring faster and hassle-free deliveries.

Special Provisions for Companies: Companies within the EU can purchase with 0% VAT by providing a valid VAT number when placing an order. Payments must originate from a company bank account, and deliveries will be dispatched only to registered business addresses to meet VAT exemption requirements.

Delivery Partners: We partner with renowned delivery services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and TNT to ensure that your products reach you safely and on time. If you have special shipping requests, please contact customer care.

Return Policy

Computer Hardware Returns Customers have the right to return unopened computer hardware within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original, sealed packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@jpkf.se with your order details and reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

ASIC Miner Hardware Returns Please note that returns of ASIC miner hardware are NOT accepted due to the nature of these products. ASIC miners are intended for profit generation, and their market value can fluctuate significantly.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase and be sent back in the original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Items that are returned damaged, opened, or in a non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.

Shipping Your Return: Returned items must be shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure their safe and documented return to our warehouse. We recommend using a reputable shipping provider. Including a purchase invoice and description of the reason for return is necessary. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Refunds: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please inform us immediately for prompt resolution, which may include an exchange or other appropriate actions. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
